Maintaining the growth of the Company's Quality Management System, this was adapted to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and transformed into a Ciser management tool, in order to obtain a capacity increase to meet the requirements of our customers and the market.
DUNS REGISTERED – CISER AUTOMOTIVE
Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) is the leading provider of business-to-business credit, marketing, purchasing and decision-support services worldwide. Thus, Ciser Automotive uses the D&B platform to provide selected and strategic information to build lucrative relations with suppliers and customers. The D&B database centralizes and integrates contents of 73 million companies of more than 200 countries.
QUALITY SYSTEM BASICS (QSB) - CISER AUTOMOTIVE
The QSB Certification was handed in to Ciser Automotive by Fiat, leading sales company in the automotive sector in Brazil. Supplier of automotive fasteners of the assembler, Ciser fulfilled all the necessary requirements for the certification, whose main objective is to attain zero defects in productive processes and in the end product. The system is based upon nine key strategies which require extreme discipline of the supplier and provide positive results in a short space of time.
IATF 16949:2016
This certification is aligned with the norms of the automotive quality systems that already exist in other countries - United States, Germany, France, Italy - within the global automotive industry. The standardization determines the requisites regarding the quality of project/development, production, installation, and technical assistance for products related to the automotive industry. Ciser Automotive obtained the ISO TS 16949 certification in May of 2009 and, since then, has worked to offer quality products and services, promoting the satisfaction of its clients. Always aiming at updating its processes and quality management system, Ciser Automotive obtained the IATF 16949:2016 certification in December of 2016.
CQI 9 Third Edition
The Heat Treat Assessment (CQI-9) is an evaluation process of the organization´s Thermal Treatment System, using standards defined in global scale by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). This evaluation is used to demonstrate the capacity of the system in providing products that meet the client and legislation specifications, increasing the reliability of the process. Ciser Automotive obtained the CQI-9 certification in October of 2014. Since then, it has ever improved its process aiming at continuous improvement.
