Inaugurated on September 12th, 2008, the company has the capacity of producing 1,000 tons/month. It is located in Sarzedo, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. The unit is specialized in manufacturing pieces for the automotive sector and special fasteners. What seems like a simple fastener is the result of constant investments in research, training, and applied technology, which allowed Ciser to walk a path of conquests and achievements. Automotive

The manufacturing of screws, nuts, and molded pieces is aimed at fulfilling the quality and productivity standards and norms demanded by the segment. These are high-performance products developed to meet the many needs of vehicular fixings: component, structure, motor, chassis, suspension, and interior assembly, among others.

Process Monitors

It is considered one of the procedures most effective and reliable for analyzing and monitoring production machines, even at high speeds. The system is part of the manufacturing process, monitors the production, and increases competitiveness, ensuring an efficient operation in high-quality levels, reduction of scraps and tool breaking.

Automated Selection

The selection process 100% automated is the system through which the pieces are individually submitted to selection in machines that use cameras to compare the selected pieces with a previously established and approved standard. The pieces that distinguish from the standard and the tolerances informed in the equipment are separated. The process ensures the reliability of the lots provided and allows the knowledge of eventual issues.

Laboratory and Instrumentation

Concerned in well serving the client with total quality, Ciser Minas disposes of a laboratory equiped with modern instruments. Here, destructive and non-descructive trials are performed to validate the fasteners regarding the demanded specifications. The instruments are used to measure the characteristics of the fasteners, ensuring the quality of the products dilivered to the clients.
